The staff was helpful. The hotel provided a coffee shop near the entrance, and it had very nice coffee. Daily room cleaning occurred and a good hair dryer was in the room. This was not a typical hotel one.

The room smelled funky. I noticed a combination of old, musty room and sewage. I also observed that the room was not soundproof. I could hear everything from the room next or above me.

I did appreciate the great shower. It had excellent water pressure from an overhead rain shower. The hotel location is amazing with attractions located nearby. The coffee shop in the basement was superb for coffee and pastry before venturing out.

I wished for a kettle plus some cups in the room.

The room was well decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfortable, with bedding that felt crisp. A flatscreen television with smart tv connections was included.

A specialty coffee cafeteria is available downstairs and offered good coffee plus breakfast options. I found the staff in the cafe to be very kind and helpful. It created a cute atmosphere.

Air conditioning was excellent. the wifi signal was very strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is staffed 24 hours. The shower provided excellent water pressure plus temperature.

The hotel is located in the middle of lots of good shops plus food options. The location gave easy access to main tourist sights. I felt safe while walking around at night.

The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in, offering quick service (i appreciated that). i found the luggage storage facility helpful after checking out. It allowed me to continue exploring without baggage.

the room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.
